The name, email and phone number you submit through our contact or booking form. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent) retained for security and diagnostics.
So an advisor can reply to you. So we can schedule your trial lesson. So we can run and protect the site.
Our email and hosting providers, because the data has to live somewhere to be useful. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Enquiry records are kept for three years, then removed. If you enrol, student records are kept for the duration of your enrolment plus two years.
Ask to see what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@skildgrad.org with the subject Data request. We respond within 30 days.
